How do I create an account?

Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of any page. Fill in your email address, choose a username and password, then verify your email. You can also sign up using your Steam account for faster registration.
Is the service free to use?

Yes! Basic monitoring features are completely free. We also offer a Premium plan with advanced features like custom alerts, API access, detailed analytics, and priority support for $9.99/month.
Adding & Managing Servers
How to Add Your Server
Follow these simple steps to add your Counter-Strike 2 server to our monitoring system:
Navigate to the "Add Server" page from the main menu
Fill in your server details (name, IP address, port)
Make sure your server has query port enabled (sv_enablequery 1)
Submit the form and wait for verification (usually takes 5-10 minutes)
Your server will appear in the server list once verified
Common reasons: 1) Query port is not enabled on your server 2) Firewall blocking connections 3) Incorrect IP address or port 4) Server is offline. Check your server console for errors and ensure all ports are properly forwarded.
Can I edit my server information?

Yes! Log into your account, go to your Profile page, find your server in the "My Servers" section, and click the edit button. You can update the server name, description, and other details.
How often is server data updated?

Server data is updated every 5 minutes for free users and every 2 minutes for Premium users. Real-time monitoring is available for Premium accounts.
Troubleshooting
My server shows as offline but it's running

This usually indicates a connectivity issue. Check: 1) Firewall settings 2) Port forwarding configuration 3) Query port is enabled (sv_enablequery 1) 4) Server is not behind NAT without proper configuration. Try connecting to your server manually to verify it's accessible.
Player count is incorrect

If the player count seems wrong, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, your server might have bots that are being counted as players. Check your server configuration and bot settings.
I forgot my password

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it within 5 minutes.
